In the navigation bar at the top right of the page, click on "Request QR" to Start the process.

Enter the required information in the form provided. If you need a customized display, be sure to add your display request details here as well.

Generate and Download Your QR Code

Once all the information is filled out, click the "Generate" button. Your unique QR code will be created, and you can download it immediately.
