1. What is QR Photo Share and how does it work?

QR Photo Share lets your guests scan a custom QR code at your event to instantly upload and view photos in a live gallery and access the full event schedule with locations.

2. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply complete our request form to generate your QR code, and our support team will contact you within 24 hours to customize it for your event.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Wish account.

4. How much storage do I get, and what if I run low?

Storage depends on your plan (see Pricing page). Inside your dashboard, you’ll see a usage bar. When you reach 75% usage, a reminder pops up; at 100%, uploads pause and a full-capacity warning appears.

5. What happens when I reach full capacity and how can I extend my storage?

When your gallery hits full capacity, uploads pause and a “Storage Full” popup will prompt you to contact support. Simply message us on WhatsApp or email with your plan details, and we’ll add more storage blocks instantly.

6. How long is my QR code active?

All paid plans include 4 months of active service. Need longer?
Ask about our 12-month “Event Plus” extension.

7. Can I delete my QR code or close my gallery?

Yes. Send a WhatsApp request (“Delete my QR”) or email us and we’ll remove it and erase all stored files—no questions asked.

8. Who can upload photos?

Anyone with the QR code link—no login required. You can share the private URL with close friends/family or keep it QR-only.

9. How do guests view and download photos?

Scanning the code opens your live gallery. Guests tap any image to view full size or use “Download” to save individual photos.

10. Do you offer physical QR stands or signage?

Yes, we design and ship elegant marble, wood, or acrylic stands to match your wedding décor. Just request “Stand Design” when ordering.

11. Is my data secure and private?

All uploads use SSL encryption. Galleries are hosted on secure AWS servers, never indexed by search engines, and accessible only via your unique link.
